We start with your sequence
The first call is about what has already happened and what has to happen next. If you do not know whether the estate is in probate, that is a normal answer and it does not slow anything down.

You keep every option
There is no obligation to list with us at the end of any of this. You can use the whole walkthrough and still sell with someone else. We would rather be useful now than pushy about later.
