While Jim Shaffer may be JSA's founder, he also functions as an impromptu comedian and hype man both in and outside of the office - oh, and when it comes to real estate, nobody does it better. He believes in the importance of personal connection, the power of positivity, and in giving back to the community—all of which are essential company values. Oh, and did we mention he’s on TikTok? To speak to his credentials: Jim received his real estate license from the state of Michigan in 1999. Since then he has worked for various local brokers, making connections and gaining a reputation for excellence in Oakland County’s Woodward Corridor area.
