Inkcourage Opens in Royal Oak

Looking for a dose of daily inspiration in downtown Royal Oak? Meet Inkcourage, a unique boutique with a powerful mission to spread kindness. Founded by CCS alumna Ange, this shop began as a simple gesture to remind a friend of their worth and has grown into a community hub for positivity. At Inkcourage, every product is a reminder that words have the power to uplift, empower, and change lives. The power to uplift a friend, create change, welcome inclusion and just plain old give someone a boost of sunshine. The store is filled with comforting messages on equally comforting quality sweatshirts and t-shirts delightfully embroidered and printed with uplifting words of empowerment. The shop also sells jewelry, temporary tattoos, stickers, buttons and other gifts so you can keep those words of encouragement literally on hand. 

Located at 220 W. 4th Street in Royal Oak and open Tuesday through Saturday from 11-7 and Sunday 11-3, there’s plenty of opportunity to pop in and soak up some good vibes. But don’t keep it all to yourself, share it! Bring a friend, buy for a friend, it’s a purchase you can feel good about, no buyer’s remorse here. And with Mother’s Day coming up (biased again) there are oh so many big and small ways you can tell her you appreciate her. Just a thought!
