House rules

JSA's Community Corner is happy to host you and your team and guests. We have a few rules to cover before booking. Reserving the space means you agree to them.
  1. You are responsible for your guests at all times.
  2. You must be present with your guests onsite at all times. Minors must be accompanied by adult supervision at all times.
  3. Space is for professional work activities. Social events and non-team gatherings of more than 15 people are considered events and must be approved by Jim Shaffer and Associates. Failure to get event approval will result in termination of membership.
  4. Food left in the fridge will be thrown away within 24 hours after your scheduled meeting.
  5. Please do not write on or damage walls or furniture.
  6. No candles or space heaters are allowed at any time.
  7. No pets at any time.
  8. No firearms or weapons at any time inside Jim Shaffer and Associates, with the exception of law enforcement carrying out their official duties.
  9. No smoking or vaping at any time. This policy applies to all members and their guests.
  10. Members and guests are not allowed to bring, consume, or possess alcohol on the premises.
  11. Be mindful of your bookings. Cancel in the app when plans change, and book extra hours when you need more time.
