Common questions
The stuff people actually ask about the space.
Is it really free?
Yes. No cost to book or use the space. It is a gift to the Ferndale community, and you do not need to be a client.
How many people fit?
Comfortably about 15 or fewer. Larger groups are welcome, just clear the headcount with us first.
Do I have to be a JSA client?
No. Local nonprofits, neighbors, and groups can all book it for free, client or not.
What do I do if I lost or forgot an item?
Please contact Kirsten Baker at kirstenbaker@jsarealtors.com.
Are amenities provided?
The only appliance in the space is a refrigerator for your food and beverages. We also provide a Keurig coffee machine with sugar, creamer, and cups. Please bring anything else you need for your meeting and guests.
What condition should I leave the space in?
All bookings are “as-is.” Please leave the space and all furniture the same way you found it. A vacuum and cleaning products are available so you can tidy up and wipe down the counters, and please remove your garbage from the premises before you leave.
If you find the space dirty when you arrive, contact Kirsten Baker at kirstenbaker@jsarealtors.com.
