The standard we build to
soldcalljim.com targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox: we review new pages and features against this standard as we build them.
What we do
- Meaningful images carry text alternatives (alt text)
- Pages use a logical heading structure, and form fields have labels
- The site can be operated with a keyboard
- Layouts adapt to phones, tablets, and screen readers
- Where we can, we go past the baseline: dark navy text on light backgrounds for readable contrast, and visible focus states on interactive elements
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties, including MLS listing photos, maps, and virtual tours. We do not control how those are produced, and some may not meet every WCAG criterion. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will get you the same information another way.
