My schedule is hectic and the first day I was able to look at houses was on Easter. One of the agents was kind enough to put off plans he had to show us several homes, one of which we ended up buying. The house did not appraise for the asking price and our agent lead us through a fairly stressful negotiation with calming expertise. In the end we got our house under asking and felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process.
We looked for our first home for about 10 weeks. We must have went and looked at 60 or more houses. Our agent, Andrew Larsen did an outstanding job. He worked around my very busy schedule and did all of the heavy lifting. I just had to show up. Any house we wanted to see, he could get us in with usually just a few hours notice. His communication was great, always sending a text or call with answers to questions, offers, concerns usually within minutes or hours. I never had to wait even a full day for an answer. Honesty is huge with me. Its probably the single most important thing to the whole process. I never felt like I was being hustled or rushed or sold a house for commission sake. I really appreciate that. He pointed out things that were causes for concern and really stressed that this is one of the most important choices I could make and I needed to be certain and to not settle. Which is great advice. Because I actually love my two story brick home in eastern Harper Woods. Back at the office, Elizabeth Talley kept me updated regularly of everything that was being written on the paperwork end. She was an absolute delight to speak to and was more professional and courteous than anybody else I spoke with throughout the entire process. I would definitely use these guys again. They are a great team and a class act.

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and taught us so much as we were looking at houses. He isn't just looking for a sale, he's looking to sell you *the right one*. He patiently showed us homes all over the metro area and was always available via text for our questions. Once we found our perfect home, he guided us through the purchase process and everyone on the team was excellent and available for any questions we had. He also is handling the sale of our current property and has gone above and beyond to make it as easy as possible, right down to hooking us up with a day of free doggy daycare for our inspection. I worked with a very knowledgeable agent named Andrew who always went above and beyond to work with my schedule, even so far as to have a meeting after 9pm! His keen eye helped me notice things about houses I wouldn’t be able to myself. He kept me up to date in real time through txt message on anything related to my home buying journey and I can’t be thankful enough!
